The award-winning Beetle Chair was designed by husband and wife design duo, GamFratesi 2013 and it took less than a decade for the Beetle Chair to become a genuine design classic.

The Beetle Counter Chair’s outer shell is a continuous, curved form, reminiscent of the strong and graceful contours of the insect that inspired it. Yet despite its robustness, it is designed to gently flex, providing comfort even after prolonged sitting.

Simplicity of shape makes the Beetle Counter Chair ideal for variation, customisation and modification over time. It is designed for kitchen and open counter settings in the home and is slightly lower than the Beetle Bar Chair. It can be fully upholstered, with a vast array of fabrics to choose from. It is also possible to upholster just the seat, or the front, revealing the hard shell at the back.

Delivery times on customisation will be quoted at the time of ordering.

We deliver great design across the UK. Depending on the size and fragility of your order, it will be shipped either by courier or with our dedicated third-party service.

If you are local to Oxford we also offer a collection service from our warehouse based in OX4. Please select 'Pick Up' at the check out.

Delivery charges are calculated after entering your address at the checkout. To see an estimated delivery cost, please view our delivery page. For overseas deliveries please contact us for a quote. For larger items such as sofas and dining tables, please state on your order if there are any access issues eg. narrow corridors, stairs and lifts.

MADE TO ORDER

This item is made to order especially for you, using the finest materials and craftsmanship. We will order the items for you and keep you updated on the progress. The lead time displayed is for guidance and is an estimate for the typical delivery time for the product & can be subject to change. Once your order has been confirmed with the supplier, we will be in touch to provide an ETA. We aim to check, pack and dispatch all orders as soon as they arrive into our Oxford warehouse.  Please see our returns policy before ordering bespoke or made to order items.
